Abstract
The study aims to explain the Sharia governance laws for Islamic windows in the
Kingdom of Bahrain, by making a comparison between the Sharia governance laws for
Islamic banks and Islamic windows, identifying the requirements that Islamic windows
are not obligated to meet, and demonstrating the impact of not implementing these
requirements. The study also aims to demonstrate the practical application of Sharia
governance for Islamic Windows, as it evaluated the practical practice of Sharia
governance by Islamic windows by presenting a set of questions to those working in
the Sharia department to ascertain the extent to which these Islamic windows apply the
requirements of Sharia governance. Finally, the study identified the most important
obstacles to developing Sharia governance laws for Islamic windows from the point of
view of those working in the Sharia department of these Islamic windows, discussing
them, and presenting proposed solutions.
