Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to verify of the reality of the controlling process on sport clubs regarding:
1. The purpose of the controlling process.
2. The fundamentals to be followed in the controlling process.
3. The methods of controlling currently used.
4. the problems and difficulties against the controlling process on sport clubs in the kingdom of Bahrain.
The researcher had prepared a questionnaire involved (65) questions which are grouped into (4) main dimensions to verify the matter by the search samples point of views, which involve (389) members, of which (209) are selected purposefully to represent the administrative councils and the executives in the sport clubs and the officials of the general organization of youth and sport (GOYS), and (180) members are selected randomly to represent the general councils in the sport clubs, who are contributing in two group played games to be one of them is football, most popular game in Bahrain, which is practiced by youth of different ages in every city and village.
The researcher had concluded the following:
The controlling processes in the sport clubs are successful in reaching their goals, and this is represented by enriching the needed in flow data In the process of planning, adapting, and accomplishing decision and guidance. Also to verify the spending mechanisms and disclose any fraud. Generally the search emphasized the role of controlling in reaching the objectives of the sport clubs in their different activities.
The opinions of the sample members were consistent regarding the objectives of the controlling process.
Members of the sport councils emphasized the importance of the controlling assistance in the objective of evaluation the programmers and activities of the clubs, and the compilation of rules and regulation set by authorized committees.
