Abstract :
The problem of the study and its importance:
This study is a scientific attempt in order to be acquainted with the reality of the vocational training while in service for the teachers of physical education in the ministry of education at the Kingdom of Bahrain.
In view of knowledge development and the development of technology and the burst of information through the important educational role of physical education teachers in their capacity as educational leaders and instructors and executors of the educational sport policy. In the light of the interests of educational institutions in educational sport for the preparation of the complementary human identity, physically, socially, psychologically and culturally, it is important to be aware of the important educational cases in vocational development for the teachers of physical education. The study is considered as one of the scientific efforts to get acquainted to actuality of vocational training while in service for physical education teachers in the ministry of education of the Kingdom of Bahrain in an objective to reveal strong and weak points for the amendment, improvement, development and change if necessary.
It is also expected that the study would result into scientific indicators, which would be used by the decision makers in the management of sport and Scout boy's education and the instructors in the Ministry of Education in the kingdom of Bahrain. Such can be achieved by paying more attention to the planning and organization of the vocational training programs during service for the physical education teachers for the purpose of improving and developing thereof in accordance with the targeted goals in attaining a better return for the vocational development of physical education teachers.
