This study measures the association of three factors toward work-life balance, namely, workload, job engagement, and perceived organizational support. A purely quantitative research method is used via a survey to collect the data. A sample of 293 respondents from retail bank employees has been collected. The results show that workload and perceived organization support do have an effect work-life balance, but job engagement does not have a significant effect. Work-life balance has been measured to average about 3.10/5 from the sample for retail banks employees in Bahrain. Some demographic factors have showed a significant difference in work life balance average such as age, number of children, and position level in the organization, while other demographics such as gender, marital status, nationality, educational level and working experience did not show any difference between their groups. Keywords: work life Balance, demographics, workload, job engagement, perceived organization support.
