Abstract : Purpose : The main objective of this research is to look at the impact of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority “RERA” regulations on the professions in the Kingdom of Bahrain. First examine the effect of the regulations on the professional services. Second, assess the degree of satisfaction of the professional service providers with the regulations. Finally, test the willingness of the investors, real estate companies and the financial institutions to expand their business in the highly regulated market
