Abstract: Sustainable building is an important step for the building sector worldwide in terms of being more ecologically conscious and is a key instrument for accelerating action to combat global heating. Several other industries have as big an influence on sustainable development as the building industry, where sustainability issues have become an increasingly urgent consideration. As a result, the idea of sustainable building has emerged to include sustainable initiatives in construction projects. Sustainable industrial building, on the other hand, is the least recognized, and the notion is still relatively new in the Saudi Arabian construction business. Consequently, this dissertation outlines a recommended method for examining the building industry's sustainable construction capabilities. The research is based on interviews with key industry figures and a desktop survey of key research literature.
