Abstract:
Purpose: This research aims to evaluate the impact of knowledge management processes that include (knowledge acquisition- knowledge storage- knowledge sharing-knowledge implementation) on dynamic managerial capabilities in STC Bahrain.
Design/Methodology: The quantitative methodology is used to fulfil this research in addition to the descriptive design. The research used the convenience sampling technique. The sample included 192 employees in STC Bahrain. Data was collected by a survey that included 40 items. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS version 28.The data was analyzed through some statistical tests as descriptive statistical tests and inferential data analysis.
Findings: It is concluded that there is a significant impact of knowledge Management processes on dynamic managerial capabilities. Also, there is a significant difference in perception of the impact of knowledge management on dynamic managerial capabilities in STC Bahrain attributed to the demographic variable (Gender-age- job-years of experience- education level-nationality).
The research recommends that managers exert more efforts to learn and develop within the context of their organizations and outside these organizations. They do post graduate studies in order to acquire more knowledge in their majors and support their professional performance.
