Abstract:
Purpose: This research emphasizes studying Work-family Conflict among Healthcare Workforce in Bahrain and intends to study the Influences of Perceived Job Stressors, Social Supports, Attitudes, and Behaviors among Bahrain health organizations.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The research targeted the health workforce in Bahrain. The questionnaire used a 5-points Likert Scale with (336) employees as a sample size. The data was collected using the random sampling technique and analyzed using the SPSS statistical package.
Finding: Independent antecedentsā variables firstly comprise the Role stressors (Role Conflict and Role Overload) connected to WFC. However, the variable of Role Ambiguity isn't decidedly upheld by the data analysis. Secondly, the antecedent variables comprised social support as the independent variables. The Organizational Support and Supervisor/manager support were found positively related with the WFC; however, the Co-worker's support was not supported as positively associated with the WFC through the data analysis. Finally, the antecedentsā variables comprised of Job behaviors and Job attitudes were implemented as the independent variables, which shows that Organizational commitment, Job Satisfaction, and Intention to leave are positively related to the WFC; however, the Job engagement variable was not supported negatively through the data analysis. Therefore, H1a, H1c, H2a, H2b, H3a, H3b, and H3d were accepted, whereas H1b, H2c, and H3c were rejected
