English Abstract
One of the new technologies that has come to be widely adopted is cloud
computing, which enables dynamically accessible resources to be offered on a
virtualized platform or application. The opportunities offered by the effective
application of cloud computing in higher education institutions has become widely
recognized in various universities and countries, one of which is the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia. This study is aimed at proposing a system for the effective
implementation of cloud computing in higher education. Particularly, this study
examines how cloud computing is currently being employed in Universities, by
conducting a thorough evaluation of previous literature on cloud computing
applications, with the aim of providing strategies for improving upon the current
application of cloud computing for teaching and learning activities. The results of this
research help in the development of Comprehensive recommendations on how to
effectively implement cloud computing into learning activities in educational
institutions. The findings of this study are, therefore, can be generalized and applied
in all learning institutions, regardless of the level of education.
