Abstract:
This research study focuses on evaluating the overall recruitment process of the center of recruitment and selection in Bahrain Armed Forces (BDF). The aim is to improve the recruitment and selection process, and the technique of selecting and grouping of the human resources specialists.
The research results and findings are analyzed by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), which is done through a qualitative stage to define the problem, and a quantitative stage to measure and reach results.
The results pointed out areas of weaknesses in which improvement should be maid, including job Analysis, recruitment policies, receiving application and selection strategy. It has also shown that the overall process of recruit-ment and selection in BDF- HQ can be enhanced by developing e-recruitment, and higher efficiency in the organization would be achieved.
