Abstract:
The study sought to prove the relationship between green innovation (GI) and the financial Performance of companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain and to identify what enhances this relationship by testing Managerial Coneern (MC), Competitive Intensity (CI), Green Organisational Culture (GOC) and Absorptive Capacity (AC). The study also aimes to determine what enhances the performance of GI in Bahraini companies through management-based concepts such as Green Innovation Strategy (GIS), Green Organisational Identify (GOI), Environmental Organisational Legitimacy (EOL) and Green Creativity (GC). Thus, this study can be the basis for future studies in GI and to find a self-regulatory mechanism that will support the Bahraini government's attempts defend and protect the environmwnt.
