Abstract:
This research examines the relationship between human resource
management practices (HRMPs), i.e., staffing, compensation, Performance appraisal, training, participation in decision-making, and technological innovation in the Kingdom of Bahrain’s banking sector. The primary data were collected via a questionnaire using a simple random sampling method. The results showed that HRMPs positively correlated with technological innovation. The principal implications for future research in this field concern paving the pa for developing theoretical approaches to studying HRM orientations in Bahraini banks. Moreover, this research would assist decision-makers in Bahrain’s banking sector in adopting HRMPs based on the relevance of HRM and its beneficial association with technological innovation.
