Abstract:
This thesis is about the public budget deficit and is divided into three chapters. The researcher will discuss the definition of "general budget," its components, general budget principles, and general budget operations in the introduction.
The researcher discusses in the first chapter of the thesis, the theoretical aspects of the public budget deficit in terms of definitions, nature, theories that explain it, and types. And will then discuss the evolution of the budget deficit in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
The public debt and its impact on the public budget deficit in the kingdoms of Bahrain and Saudi Arabia will be discussed in the second chapter. The final chapter will discuss how the revenues will encourage both contourites in reducing the public budget deficit.
