An Evaluative Study for administrating Sports facilities in the Eastern Region in the K.S.A

This Study is an attempt to identify the extent of achieving the aims of Sports institutions Type of the organizational Skeleton of the Sports institutions and the process of making decisions.
Also It is considered an attempt to identity The control of administrating the Sports institutions Knowing the problems of that they face.
The researcher used the descriptive method with the surveying way in regarding to following up the steps and procedures of this study.
The Sample of Sports institutions and adminstrations and this Sample inctuded:
Clubs Samples:
Included Six clubs from the eastern region (Al Ettifaq Al- Nahdah, Al- Qadessia Al - Gy beil Gulf Al-Safa).
The Samples of Sports Cities and Covered Sports institutions:
Covered Sports institutions:
* The Coastal City of King Fahed in Khouber.
* The City of Prince Saud Ben Galawi in Rakeh.
* The City of prince Mohammed Ben Fahed Ben Abdul Aziz in Dammam
* Sports Halls in Dammam.
* Youth Care Centre in Dammam.
* The Community of this Study invluded two kinds of Samples As foltowing.
- The Samples of youth Care Administ:
Rations in cluding:
* Head office of youth Care in Dammam.
* Projects and Maintenance Administration in Dammam.
* Sports programs Administration in Dammam.
The researcher determined three administrative patterns representing the administrative institutions that are chosen as one of the study Samples (chairman Manaqer or Secretary and three administrative) in the sports institution.
Conditions of choosing Sports instutions Samples:
* Halls and playgrounds should beavailable there.
* Various Competitions Hould be held there.
* There should be a lot of practitioners attending permanently.
* Various environmental youth Sarvices should be done there.
* There should be done there.
* There should be directors Council of determined organizational power.
The researcher dep ended on a special measure in reforming the administration of Sports institions the researcher has designed it through the steps of building the Special measure regarding:
* The verbal formula of phrases.
* Determining the name of each axis.
* Correlation of each phrase with each axis.
* Words of each phrase should be significant.
* Each phrase should be independent.
* Each phrase should be formed as a report.
* To be bound to the amendments of phrases determined by specialized exports.
* There Searcher used in his statistical treatment the following co efficients (Mean Standard Devation correlation co efftcients - Test) percentage simple
* "K2" Test -"T" Test - "F" Test - difference.
The results of this study showed that:
Five axes of measure phrases have been picked out including 78 phrases.
The Scientific validity of the measure has been made sure to becomeavalid measure means thatis stand ard and ready to be applied in the rest of regions in the K. S.A.
Most of yhree Samples opinions (Members of Diveetors boards of Sporting clubs and those of sports cities and eouered institutions and woekers in youth care Gen. Administratied) Stated that there are aims Can beachieved meanwhile Some other aims can't beachieved because of existing some impediments in carrying - out process.
Most of phrases in axes occupied an important high percentage with the accord of an opinions in the five axes.
In spite of existing some phrases have been refused by there search sample but they represent positive response despite its weakness of its relative and apparent importance.
There are signifieant differances among the three samples of research in the five axes of measure except the fist axis.
