The researcher used a questionnaire form after having analyzed some provisions of the sports associations' constitution issued by decision No. 2 of 1990, which he has applied on the study specimen. The researcher treated the data statistically by using repetitions and percentages weight percent. It has been deduced that the general aim of the association was not clear and requires innovation and that some of the constitution's provisions are not in conformity with each other and need amendments either by means of deletion or addition of fusion or innovation. These provisions, also, require clarification of some of its items and the constitution's main recommendations are to set clear objectives for the association to suit its capabilities in line with the current political, social and economic trends of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
