Abstract :
This study aimed to identify the relationship between the skills of positive dialogue and marital adjustment and some demographic variables in a sample of teachers married in Najran workes in the public schools during the second semester of the academic year 2011-2012 m totaling (348) milestone selected stratified by (7.5%)of the study and applied to them the scale of positive dialogue skills prepared by the researcher and the measure of marital adjustment (Farhan al-Anzi, 2009) has been used researcher (a linking descriptive comparative) to achieve the objectives of the study, which reached the following conclusions:
• There is a positive correlation with statistical significance at level (0.01) between the skills of positive dialogue and dimensions of marital adjustment.
• There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the skill of communication between the number of years of the category (from 5 to less than 10 years) and category (10 and over) for the benefit of the second category.
• There are statistically significant differences at (0.01) in the skill of the performance of the dialogue and engineering skill of dialogue between the number of years of the category (less than 5 years) and category (10 and over) for the benefit of the second category.
There were no statistically significant differences between the dimensions of positive dialogue skills due to the variable age.
