1. The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a counseling program in improving the level of social security among orphan children in the kingdom of Bahrain. The researcher employed the quasi experimental design as methodology. The study used the Psychological Security Scale that was developed by the researcher. The study sample consisted of (30) female orphan children who were divided into two groups: The experimental group (10) and the control group (10). 3. There were statistically significant differences in the mean rank scores of the experimental group between the pre-test and post-test of the Psychological Security Scale in favor of the post-test.
4. There were no significant differences in the mean rank scores of the control group between the pre- test and post- test of the Psychological Security Scale.
5. There were no significant differences in the mean rank scores of the experimental group between the post test and the follow-up test of the Psychological Security Scale.
