Abstract: The study aimed to identify the relationship between emotional intelligence of both self-efficacy and professionalism of teachers in the public education province of Hasa, and to verify the significance of differences in both emotional intelligence and between high and low self-efficacy and professionalism. Also study used a correlation and Comparative method to cetect a relationship intelligence emotional both self-efficacy and professionalism, and the number of members of the study sample of 300 teachers who work in general education schools province of Hasa, researcher has used measure of emotional intelligence to Osman and Rizk (2002) and a measure of self-efficacy for Justice (2001) and measure professional competence to evaluate teacher prepared by the researcher. An analysis of data collected through metrics using statistical analysis program (SPSS) the researcher was reached to the following conclusions: 1. the presence of a positive correlation relationship direct correlation statistically significant at the level (0.01) between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy. 2. lack of correlation relationship statistically significant differences between emotional intelligence and professionalism. 3. the presence of statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) in emotional intelligence between high and low self-efficacy, and the differences were in favor of high self-efficacy reaching the arithmetic average of high self efficacy while the arithmetic average of the low self-efficacy. 4. lack of statistically significant differences in emotional intelligence between high and low professionalism. 5. Can predict the emotional intelligence of teachers through self-efficacy.
