The Abstract :
Project methodology and data collection methods
A study was conducted using a cross-sectional survey using Arabic questionnaire in Salmaniya Medical Complex - Outpatient Departments over a period of two weeks (1-14 February 2011)
Main Conclusions:
Providing rationalized, updated primary data needed for enhancement and improvement of quality in health care services in secondary care in Bahrain. Valuable outcomes and suggestions achieved by patients has to be taken in consideration when planning and adopting health care policy
