Abstract :
Summary of the study says this study the subject of administrative supervision of the civil service at the governmental bodies in the kingdom of Bahrain, with the aim to show the extent of the effectiveness and the efficiency of the administrative oversight of the civil service at the governmental bodies in the kingdom of Bahrain. It was followed in this study method of analysis of the legal texts governing the operation of administrative supervision of the council on governmental organs. Through this study possible identified a number of obstacles to the administrative oversight of the council, we believe that the most significant obstacles in legal terms of the loss of the sergeants of the terms of reference of the exercise of supervision sound administrative and the inadequate administrative regulations to the governmental appliances, lack of legal regulation of the proper functioning of the supervisory work, either from the administrative standpoint is represented the most important obstacles in disregard of oversight reports, weak self-supervision affiliation and the non-use of technology appropriate administrative and administrative centralization in the governmental systems.
Secondly: the abolition of the Civil Service Council as the kingdom of
Saudi Arabia and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, as a kind of development planning for this stage, there is no doubt that this step would enhance the administrative environment 13-18 in the field of public administration.
