Abstract : The objective of the research is to recognize the problems facing the trainers of the national teams in the Kingdom of Bahrain. This would be carried out through identifying the effect of experience and type of sport on the degree of spreading these problems The researcher attempted to give some answers to the following questions: 1. What are the problems facing the Trainers of the individual games and games that played in teams, within the national teams in the Kingdom of Bahrain? 2. To what extent is the spreading of these problems between the trainers of individual and team games, within the national teams in the Kingdom of Bahrain? 3. Are there any differences of statistical evidence between the trainers of individual and team games, within the national teams in the Kingdom of Bahrain? The sample of the research consisted of intentional sample of (48) trainers of individual and team games, within the national teams in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and they are distributed on (12) Unions of Sporting Games.
