English Abstract
ABSTRACT : This project highlights the experience of some well known companies involved in international operation and have a well developed marketing techniques and experience. Companies included in this study are Batelco, Al-Marai and PepsiCo. These firms were selected due to their active presence in the Middle East as well as their vast experience in the field of marketing and business strategy. These are two areas where this study focuses on. Every effort was done to provide as much detail as possible about these firms management, organisation, product mix, marketing activities, and competition among other issues. The project, therefore, seeks to offer valuable insights and hopefully will be of use and interest to many students in the field of Business Administration and marketing, practitioners and entrepreneurs. These cases have been written in such a way that they can be easily developed as teaching materials which is one of the inherent objectives of the project.
