English Abstract

Abstract :

The goal of training is to improve performance. It is important to know and have a framework for looking at and understanding the relationship between training and performance. Understanding the organizational function is key to analyzing individual and organizational performance and determining training needs. Effective management will make an effort to evaluate all training activities. The success of these efforts depends to a large extent on a clear understanding of what "evaluation" means. This chapter attempted to accomplish these objectives: Evaluate the effectiveness of the administrative training program on the public sector employees. Evaluate the effect of the training program on the attitudes, skills, and knowledge of employees. In this chapter, the definition of training and development was chosen and explained, the organization of the study was mentioned, and the research limitations were mentioned. The scope and significance of the study were explained, along with the purpose of the study, which generally attempts to evaluate the effectiveness of the principle of administrative planning training program prepared and conducted by the Civil Service Bureau in the State of Bahrain.
