English Abstract
Abstract : Purpose : This thesis aims to study the factors affecting employee’s well-being during the Covid-19 pandemic. It deepens the analysis by examining the moderating effects of job insecurity and financial concern between attitudes toward technologies and work-family, and family-work conflicts and employee's well-being. Design\ methodology\ approach: The quantitative method was used to conduct this study. Data were collected from respondents through a questionnaire. A questionnaire was prepared and collected from a sample of 108 managers working within telecommunication firms in Bahrain. SMARTPLS 3 and IBM SPSS 24 were used for the data analysis. Findings: The results of the study show a significant negative relationship between work-family and family-work conflicts and employees' well-being. Findings also highlight that attitudes toward working from home technologies have a significant positive relationship with employees' well-being. Results point out the non-significant moderating effects of effects of job insecurity and financial concern between attitudes toward technologies and work-family, and family-work conflicts and employee's well-being.
