Abstract: This study endeavours to investigate the sustainable availability of food waste management (FWM) in Saudi Arabia, shedding light on its role in achieving sustainable development objectives. The primary focus lies on examining the current FWM practices within Khobar City, Saudi Arabia, while elucidating the factors, challenges, and potential limitations that impact FWM. The study identifies five specific objectives aimed at enhancing efficiency and fostering sustainability within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) FWM.
