To achieve this objective the researcher designed a questionnaire consists of 28 statements, covering different aspects of teaching English in the third primary program that are related to curriculum implementation only, because the subjects are concerned only with this part. All schools that have third primary classes were given the questionnaire. SPSS Package was used too to determine the reliability of the questionnaire. Results of the questionnaire were statistically analyzed. Percentages, Standard Deviations and frequencies were the main statistical procedures in this research. The study reveals that most of the components of the third primary program are suitable. The results show that 92% of teachers believe that the ministry's decision to start teaching English from the third primary is successful, although there are certain weaknesses that should be tackled.
